Self-declaration
from each applicant / bidder / each member of applicant or bidder consortia
I/We hereby submit the following binding declaration:
- The applicant(s)/bidder(s) is/are not among the natural or legal persons, entities, or bodies
referred to in Article 5k Section 1 of Council Regulation EU No 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 (Council Regulation concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia’s actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine) as applicable at the time of the self-declaration
that have a connection to Russia within the meaning of the provision:
a) by virtue of the applicant’s/bidder’s Russian nationality or the applicant’s/bidder’s establishment in Russia,
b) by virtue of the stakeholding of a natural or legal person, entity, or body that meets one of the criteria under letter (a) in the applicant/bidder via the direct or indirect holding of shares to the extent of more than 50%,
c) by virtue of the applicant(s)/bidder(s) acting on behalf of or on the instructions of natural or legal persons, entities, or bodies to which the criteria in letters (a) and/or (b) apply.

Subcontractors, suppliers or enterprises involved in the contract whose capacities are relied on in connection with the provision of proof of suitability and which account for more than 10% of the contract value shall also not belong to the group of addressees with a connection to Russia as defined in the provision.

Furthermore, it is hereby confirmed and guaranteed that no subcontractors, suppliers or enterprises with a connection to Russia as defined in the provision whose capacities are relied on in connection with the provision of proof of suitability will be engaged during the term of the contract which account for more than 10% of the contract value.
